This place is privately owned. It is called the Effort Village Inn.
It has a great story of a pregnant girl
who died and is looking for her child. The funny thing is I took this
photo myself recently and look in the second floor window to the
left of the door. It fits with the story but I can't say for sure what it
is. It is an interesting shot though.

Very interesting.
What I see is a bunch of things stacked up against the window. There's
no curtain on that window, so the colors of the objects stand out and draw
your attention.
Interesting looking place though. Did you stay there?
