My neighbor told me an interesting story yesterday.
She works at a hospital as a radiology tech and was called down to take a patient to X ray. She was in keytone acidosis and her organs were begining to shut down but she was still alert.
The nurse in the ICU that was caring for this woman told my neighbor something very strange had happened with this woman.

Apparently another patient in the ICU had died earlier that day, a male. She told the nurse that this man (and she named him by name, though she had NEVER met him) came by and was talking to her. She said to the nurse, I don't know who he is, but I know he was dead. AMAZING. I don't know what they talked about, but if I find out I will let you know.

Anyway the woman is now unfortunately in total organ failure and in a coma now.

Just thought this was an interesting story to share.
Do you think this woman had already had one foot here and one foot on the otherside? Could that be why she had a conversation with a decesed man?

Any thoughts?

hehe Glad to help!! ( this would kind of fit into an out of body, near death type thing .. I think)

I think you're right about her being close to the other side and that's why she saw the man.

There is a similar story about my Aunt Evy before she died. She had been sick off and on and was finally out of the hospital and at home with her family. One afternoon she told my cousin that she had been visited by her deceased husband and father, (my grandfather). She said they told her that it was okay to leave and not to be afraid that they would be there waiting for her on the other side. My cousin thought she was delirious but she said that Aunt Evy was calm and seemed happy for the first time in months. The very next morning she died.
