Just a friendly reminder - and this is Todd's request as well as mine, by the way - please, please, please remember to direct ALL chapter questions to me. I may not be able to answer you right away, but I promise I will get to you. There are several reasons for this request.
1. The big one is that Todd has a lot of things going on right now (as usual). He has at least 2 full time jobs in addition to the work he does for Nightwatchers. He also has 2 kids that come first, before all else. There just aren't enough hours in the day for him to get it all done!
2. Many questions that he gets regarding the chapters are things that he doesn't have the answers to himself. So that means that he hangs up the phone from someone and then he has to call me. That's a step that can easily be eliminated if everyone would just call me first.
3. A lot of you have the same questions. If you call me first, chances are I already know the answer, and if I don't have the answer, I may already have a call in to Todd. Once he answers me, then I can get the info out to all of you, it will save him a bunch of time.
4. I need to know what questions or concerns you have in order to make this whole process run more smoothly. We are in a period of growth right now, which makes it hard for me to keep up. I need all of your help in the same way that you need mine. Please feel free to discuss ANYTHING with me. None of this is set in stone. If you think you have a better idea, or if you don't like something, let me know. I will either implement your idea, or explain to you why we have decided against it. I WANT your input!
This is going out to all potential and current chapter founders in the form of an e-mail as well, just to be sure everyone has read it. I will get with each of you this week to let you know what I need to get your chapters approved. Please forgive me if I ask for stuff that you have already told me you are sending. I have finally finished the Excel spreadsheets which will help me keep track of everyone and I need to make sure I have a current update on all of the chapters. If you can't get to the paperwork right away, that's fine, but PLEASE let me know what your status is in a reply e-mail! Thanks for your cooperation!
