hey guys, love this site. i am a fairly new member, and need a little help with finding ...wavers, release forms, permission forms etc. i found some links on this site once before but like a dummy i didnt save the links. could someone help me out. i'm in the process of starting a new paranormal investigating group in nw ohio, and thought these forms would be a very  needed tool. thanks in advance for anyone who can help me out
