Chapter Meeting!

I am going to be setting up a meeting for all chapters and potential chapters. It is important that at least one founder from each chapter attends, and if you can't, that you designate someone to attend and take notes. Please let me know what works for you all. I will try to make it convenient for everyone.

Audrey, I honestly don't think anyone but you would even care about the answer to that question. I'll get a consensus for a time and get back with everyone on it.

There will be a mandatory chapter meeting next Wednesday night at 6:30p/7:30m/8:30c/9:30e for all chapters and potential chapters. If you are not able to attend, please LET ME KNOW ASAP, and make sure you designate someone to be there for you in your place to take notes.

Audrey from Starborn, I know you are having surgery, so obviously you are excused. I will get the notes to you. Everyone else, please plan to be there.

We will discuss how to get the chapters more involved with Nightwatchers as a whole, including participation on the forum and re-posting information on MySpace, etc. We will also discuss ways that we can help Todd keep the group going with fundraising ideas.

Thanks for making the time to do this. I promise we will keep it short for you east-coasters. I know it's late for you, but it is almost impossible to find a good time for everyone.

All chapter members are welcome to attend, but only the founders are required to be there.

The meeting will take place in the Nightwatchers chat room. Just go to www.nightwatchers.info and click on the "Chat" button.
