Harry Packer Mansion

Has anyone out there investigated the Harry Packer Mansion in Jim
Thorpe Pa.?  We are going to talk to the people this summer and
see if it is worth a look. It is a beautiful place and a lot of history.
Here is a photo of my son Joe the last time we were there.

I have never heard of the place, but WOW what a beautiful building!  Looks like a haunted house straight out of a movie!

I have never heard of the place either but I was just telling IC1 that place aught to be in movies!!! lol It looks awsome

That looks like a real Scooby-Doo location!

It was also the inspiration for Walt Disney's original Haunted
Mansion in Disneyland, California.  Next time I get there I will have to share some photos of the inside.

Oh, yeah, I totally see that!  I loved that ride when I was a kid.

What a gorgeous place!  Let us know if you do get to do an investigation
and what you find.  It would be awesome just to look inside,
investigation or not!
