Good news for those waiting for so darn long, Amy and Jason - I am looking at you and I know I am slow and I am sorry - but NOW it is here. Paperwork is ready and the welcome letter is almost done.

Also, to make sure things run smooth and uniform across the globe, Callea has taken the job of Chapter liaison. She will provide faster replies and have copies of everything that all Chapters will need. I am so proud that she accepted this position and I can assure you that you will all find her to be the perfect choice for this.

Also, I was asked a few questions about how each Chapter should be structured and I feel that this is up to each Chapter on how they want to structure it. As long as our basic rules and procedures are followed, I am fine with each group running as it deems needed. This is YOUR group. YOU control how it works.

Just to clarify. No matter what Todd says, the paperwork is NOT ready. I don't even have the stuff he was going to send me yet. Lol! It is my goal to have the stuff to everyone before I leave for NOLA on Friday. It's good to have goals!

Thank you, Todd, for your confidence in me. I completely agree that the structure of each individual chapter needs to be decided within the chapter. These are YOUR groups! There will be some guidelines, but nothing too strict. We are Nightwatchers after all, we do what we want as long as we remember the founding principles of unity, honor and integrity! I am so excited to get this going!

I promise I will try to keep everything running smoothly to the best of my ability and to answer questions as soon as I can. Remember, though, I do have a real job that actually pays the mortgage, so have patience if I get a little backed up at times, especially right in the beginning! There WILL be growing pains, but with everyone's help, we will get it all working smoothly as soon as possible!

We are so close! I am waiting on the welcome letter from Todd and for him to approve the docs I sent him, then it's ready to go! I'm not trying to pat myself on the back, but I have spent many, many hours and several late nights on this trying to get it all done before I leave for NOLA. If there are a few glitches, don't be too hard on me. I really want to help you guys make this run as smoothly as possible. If there's anything I can do, to help you all out with starting up your chapters, please let me know.

The welcome packets are ready! I will be sending them out to everyone's e-mail address. There is only one document that I need to add and I will have to do it next week. I have not done a Request to Investigate form letter for larger locations. I'm just out of time!

You guys will need to get some of the stuff back to me either by fax or by mail, but wait until I get back next week to start returning stuff or if you have any questions!

I will be faxing it to you on Monday. I had to go to the libary today and print it out because I don't have a printer. But I am sending it to you on Monday. You wanted us to fax it to you as well as mail it to you too right?

I dropped in to let Julie and Amanda know that API was more than willing to support a Nightwatchers Chapter here in Northern California! Maybe a southern California team could pair up for the state to support Nightwatchers.

I am still off work healing my second foot surgery and, if I had the myspace coding, can pop up a Nightwatchers - California Chapter for the group. Just let us know! API is always happy to support Nightwatchers and go the extra mile.

I'm also in the middle of changing web servers to unlimited storage. I can easily create a Nightwatchers Web Page for California. I just don't have the extra money to support seperate website fees. However, I'm happy to update it. People here are asking about going on investigations for fun - and I always point them to Nightwatchers! We have met MANY a great person thanks to Nightwatchers and Toddy pants

Please, let me know ASAP. I'll also bug Julie to find out whazzup?
