IMPORTANT!!!Chapters and potential chapters! I will be getting an e-mail out to all of you when I get home from Kentucky, but for now, please remember:
1 - Requesting paperwork does not mean you have authorization to act as a Nightwatchers chapter.
2 - Submitting your paperwork does not mean you will automatically be approved.
3 - Todd has nothing to do with the chapters. He may say he thinks your group would make a great chapter, but that doesn't mean he has approved you. The approval process still has to go through me.
4 - Please do not use the Nightwatchers name on any websites, MySpace pages, etc until you have received final authorization from me to do so.
5 - Your members are not authorized members of the Nightwatchers chapter until I have received and approved their paperwork, including a background check. No exceptions!!!
I am sorry to sound harsh here, but chapters seem to be "approving" themselves and their members right and left. Please follow the rules and submit your paperwork, then wait for approval before starting your chapter. Remember, I work TWO jobs as well as travel on investigations a lot, so please be patient when waiting for approval.
