If anyone is interested in taking over the chapters, please let Todd know.  Every time I see light at the end of the tunnel in my personal life, I realize I am just imagining it.  There's not much to do, anyway, since everyone pretty much just does their own thing.  I'll send all the files and stuff once Todd lets me know who he wants to take this over.
